Kaedyn had his 2nd set of Allergy testing this morning. We were ALL really tired today. Kaedyn was up late, had nightmares, crawled into my bed - So I didn't sleep - So I was sick this morning, super nauseated, like to the point where I had all the vomiting prospects scooped out.
So these are the things he was tested for today. A is on the upper back, B on the lower back, and Grains is over on the upper right side.
I asked that he be evaluated for Sea Food because his Dad had severe allergies to seafood, mostly to lobster. I have a wide range of allergies and it's vast, like Kaedyn's.
Measuring the spots.... got the seafood ones on ....
You can see he had at least small reactions to just about everything .... but the only one that was recorded as big enough was crab..... but all these things were 1/2 strength ... so ... yeah. They are going to do full strength in a couple months.
Took Kaedyn to the store to pick out a treat for being so good. This is what he picked out. I have NEVER seen this before. Ever.
I tried it, wasn't all that impressed. It tasted like Dr. Pepper for sure - but ... it wasn't very strong. It was just a hint of flavor.
After taking Kaedyn home - picked up Shila and Elly, to take to her 2 Week OB Post-Pregnancy appointment to check up on her surgery site and all that. I thought they would be weighing Elly and stuff (cuz that is what they'd do with my kids when I went in) ... lol... but they didn't do anything with her other than comment on how beautiful she is. She got called a boy from the nurse (cuz her carseat is neutral and she had a green blanket. LOL)
Momma layed her on her knees.
After Elly's appointment we went and picked up DB & Kaedyn from Nana's so DB could take me to an appt about my finger.
So I got an infection in my finger just before Elly was born. I had a hang nail and it got infected. It was oozing and all grossness....
So you know the feeling you get when you spill or accidentally get some on your skin, an dit makes your skin super hard and all you want to do is peel it off? Yeah - well .... that's how my finger is. It hurts like crazy and the dead or hard skin annoys me. I'm constantly putting cream and ointment on it to try to keep the skin soft. But it HURTS.
So instead of looking at my ugly finger - let's look at a pretty baby ....

So tonight there was a huge explosion downtown. Like HUGE ... turns out there was a gas leak at Motel 6 downtown and as they were evacuating ... BOOM!!
At this point in time, I heard what I interpreted as fireworks. I looked at DB and I said "Was that fireworks?" We have a noisy room - AC is going, Fan is on HIGH... TV is usually on .... kids in and out - I don't hear THUNDER on the rare occasions it's happening - so I'm surprised I heard this.
Well it was reported to have SHOOK homes 20 miles away. It actually blew out near by windows and the force pushed a woman nearby off her bed. It was immense ...
So Kale comes in and he goes "Did you hear what happened downtown???"
Of course not, I live in a bubble.
He says "I guess the Motel 6 blew up! It was a meth lab!"
Ooooooooooooooooh dear.
So I start to search the internet for it. Sure enough - there was an explosion ... but... gas leak. not ... because ... it was... a meth lab.

The boys had a bath tonight. That color of the water - is not from DIRT .... But .... they dumped a bunch of the color tabs in the water, and on the floor. Thanks boys....

I did this as a joke tonight. Kale and I were arguing over if "Trillion" was a number. He swears up and down and left and right that Trillion is not a number. I pointed out that the government says that the national debt is 18 Trillion dollars. He's like - don't care.... still not a number. I said "what comes after a billion then?" ... he's like "a million billion ..." ....
But ransom was met ....
