It's Random Thought Time
(la-la-la-lum-lahhhhhhhhhh-la-la-looooo)
Welcome to Saturday's Random Thought Time...... it's been awhile since I've done random thoughts.
Dear Blogger ..........
I am easing my anger at you for my lost posts (since they re-appeared) ... and I am impatiently waiting for all my comments to come back to so I can note them back. IMPATIENTLY being the KEY WORD here... now, if you would just hurry the hell up, I would appreciate it. Oh and I don't enjoy the little whatchamacallits behind my tags either...... that's kinda... weird.
Thank You ...
Annoyed Blogger ...
So our fundraiser is going poorly ... I don't know ... we finally got a response back from the foundation so depending on what they have left for funding... we may just have to raise the $2500 for the round trip (that's by TRAIN people, not by air which would be $5000 on it's own!) ... and money for food & extras. We have almost exactly 2 months. And so far $70. I'm not real hopeful.... but I'm more hopeful now that we might have some funding with them. I really want to make this happen. I really feel we need to go so we can meet with this DR who is the leading expert in RSS to help Nathan. I want to make lasting connections with these families who have been through and are going through the same things we have. I have a 4 year old who's ribs you can count because he's so skinny - and it's not from lack of trying to feed him, he just doesn't eat much and when he does, he still doesn't seem to grow much. He is at the weight of a 1 year old, and the height of an 18 month old. It's next to impossible to find him pants that won't fall off of him. I can put size 12 month shorts on my 4 year old. It has nothing to do with what we do, eat, or even how we help him now. It's his RSS - lack of growth, not wanting to eat... everything he has medically going on - from his cleft palate, to the missing part of his brain and the "cluster of grapes" that is his frontal lobe.... to his thyroid issues ... to the fact that he has high-functioning autism... everything links up. It's hard sometimes, you feel lost ... ::sigh::
I have decided, I want to read Womens Murder Club by James Patterson! Looooooooove it!! I loved the show and I wish they hadn't canceled it. However, with that said, if they hadn't Rizzoli and Isles wouldn't be the same and I love that show too - can't WAIT for that to come back. That doesn't come back until July 11th though.
Dear Neighbor Downstairs,
I thank you for moving ... because, frankly - you scared me. I mean, I am a curvy woman... so I am not saying anything negative in regards to curvy women.... but you are also a "curvy" woman, calling you "curvy" is being nice. My husband called you "butt ugly" the other day, and then said "that is being mean to butts" though. Oh yes - we really try not to judge people. But this you were hard!! You wore tube tops, and you'd strut around like you were all that, I mean you are DEFINITELY not all that - meanwhile, your tube top was threatening to show off your ... well, your womanly mounds. You had no consideration for neighbors, being loud at all times of day and night. Your kids didn't behave, and they had no respect for anything or anyone elses stuff. The other night - you came home at 2am with your children... you let them out of the car, and proceed to sit in your car and talk on your cell phone while they ran around between two buildings screaming and yelling and laughing and running around hooting and hollering ... and then when you got out of the car, talk loudly and saying stuff like "they haven't had any sugar" and "I can't control them" ... seriously - unless one of the babies were crying (which you can't control) then I would NEVER allow my kids to do that, or do that myself. And that was just the tip of the iceberg. You were constantly outside yelling on your cell phone bitching about this or that, everyone was in your business because everyone could hear.. or you were seeking pity for your problems.....yes dear neighbor.. I am mighty glad you moved.
Greatfully,
My Ears are Bleeding...
There are all sorts of things I'd love to do this summer with the kids .... I hope to do some of them. The Zoo, Sight Seeing over in Seattle... I mean, we've been here for a year, haven't been in the Space Needle yet... cuz it's expensive... we haven't been to the zoo in a long time....
