Elf on the Shelf 2013 - Part 12 (days 13 to Christmas)

We were supposed to get snow that day, so Cookie thought he'd let us know!

Day 24

It's that time of year again!!

Yep - Cookie (our Elf on the Shelf) has come back to join our family!   He came the night of December 1st this year .... so the kids didn't find him until the 2nd.  He usually comes around Thanksgiving, which is when we usually put up our tree, but this year we were late, and then we had issues with the lights ... it was major fight to get those lights in our pre-lit tree to be happy happy happy ...    so I think he couldn't come until our tree was up!

Day 3 he brought magic seeds for the kids to plant ......... however, we totally forgot to plant them!!  So Day 4 he reminded us how silly we were and reminded the kids to not forget!

So we made sure the kids planted their seeds ....

They each planted four different colored seeds.  The next morning they found these :)   Apparently the four colorful seeds turned into one colorful candy cane!!
