Monday Monday Monday ....
...... oh how I dislike thee....
Sorta.
Health wise, the pain level has been almost unbearable. I am so tried, I cannot wake up - and I've been dragging all day. Anytime I close my eyes for more than a moment, I'm sleeping. Cat napping. My shoulders are really bad today, and my hands and wrists are .... OhMahGawd.
In other news........ tonight I watched Elly have the hiccups. Shila layed down on my bed because Elly was dragging body parts and you could see them. Noah and Kaedyn both got to see her belly bouncing with the baby hiccups. Nathan got to see to but he is rather unsure of all of it. I know he understands but I think it's still pretty hard for him to wrap his little mind around the fact that there is a baby inside her belly. She's 36 weeks tomorrow. We're totally in the home stretch.
I absolutely adore the fact that I can feel Elly move and watch her move - watch her have the hiccups ... I loved being pregnant and watching the babies move, feeling the move ... so I love doing this with Shila and Elly too - I love that I have two granddaughters. I am so excited to meet Elly. Super excited to take Clairah to the hospital to see her Sissy.

Kaedyn is REALLY super excited for the baby. Nathan is pretty excited. Noah is semi-excited. Calahan is a bit excited. Noah is very concerned about the crying. Both him and Nathan have auditory sensory issues and Clairah's crying set him off into melt down city. So when she first started coming over she literally spent the whole time crying and it was really hard on Noah, until she started to get used to everything and now she doesn't really cry at all. Which is great. But Noah still associates Clairah with crying. So every time it's mentioned she's coming, he says something like "I hope she doesn't cry all day" ... and so when we made the announcement to the boys about Shila having a baby - Noah got really concerned about the crying. So we explained to him that with Elly, she'll be around all of us, all the time, so she won't cry because she doesn't know us or isn't used to our house. But he's still a bit concerned. And I don't want to tell him he has every reason to be.....

My Mom sews. It was something her and my Grandma and her Grandma (my great grandma) all did. I enjoy it too - but I really like to hand sew. Anyway - my Mom had her machine out lately - but it was broken. Some mechanical part was seized up I think she had said.
So my Step-Dad got her a brand new machine. She was telling me about it the day of the baby shower. She told me it cost $9,000 ... and the first one was over $12,000!! She said that one was a self threader and had a scanner that you could scan pictures in to embroider on something... But the one they decided on (the $9,000 one) does quilting and embroidery.... it better be beyond awesomesauce for that price!
But when I went over to sit the dogs while everyone was working, I saw the paper and receipt. The extra things are shelves and a sewing table and such. And they got a discount on the machine itself.
This is the machine she ended up getting.....
DreamWeaver XE VM6200D,,,,
They moved the couch out of the front room which is going to become my Mom's "Sewing Room" ... I'm excited about the machine too! We can make some Super Nathan stuff!
Yes - there is a flashlight (turned on) in the middle of the room. That's Nathan's doing.... You'll see a picture later in this blog, but Nathan takes the flashlight and Jaxson chases it. Like a cat... with a laser.... which he chases that too! And he chases and pops bubbles!
And now some WOW bragging. I am very very close to getting my Night Elf Druid to a lvl 100. All through pet battling. I got her to a 98 1/2 tonight before I closed down WOW for the night. From level 71 to now -I have done nothing but pet battle her way through each level. She's getting anywhere from 9000 to 11500 XP for each pet battle. So for each bubble (block - 20 per level - I think) ... it takes about 3 pet battles to fill it - so each level it takes about 60 pet battles to get to the next level. This seems to be the case no matter what level you are. So I suspect - tomorrow at some point Fallon will be a level 100. She was the first WOW toon I ever created. Luna was like the, 3rd or 4th. She became my main because I liked playing her so much. Fallon was my 2nd favorite to play though - for sure. So Luna is 100, I character boosted my panda priest with my free boost, so Kaleighse is my 2nd 100 toon. And now Fallon. Exciting!

As of this blog, I will have 251 blogs (actually more, I have a couple unpublished private ones, from this year, And several throughout .... )... so ... prior to this year, my highest number of blogs through the year was 2011 with 143 followed closely with 141 from 2010. So - about half way through the year, actually have more blogs this year then BOTH top years prior ... kinda funny. I wonder if I can do more blogs this year than EVERY YEAR before....2007 to 2014 I have written 816 public blogs. So after this blog I only have to write 565.... sooooooooooo yeah, that's a bit unrealistic - especially for me! LOL
So my Mom & Step-Dad have 3 cats. They sorta inherited them from Ashley (my cousin but more like a sister) ... So there is Callie Joe - a black and white cat. There is Ce-Ce who is a Tortie Calico. And then there is the tabby Bella.
Below, is Bella.
All three of the cats do NOT like people other then those humans they live with. When we come over - if they are downstairs - they tend to bolt up the stairs to hide the first chance they get. Bella however, she's starting to get used to us. She's finally letting us pet her and she'll stick around, as long as we don't bug her too much. OR .... look.... at her. No cat to human eye contact.
Picture I was referring to earlier. Jaxson running up and down the steps chasing hte lights as Nathan shines it up the stairs and down ....it's super funny, Jax sounds like a herd of elephants.
My husband is a tattoo addict. He doesn't pay for them. He barters with the neighbor to get them for free - for the most part. This is his newest one.
See - a year ago DB got the "family" tattoo that he wanted to get - representing himself with all of his children...... He wanted all their "Spirit Totems" ... Calahan is a Whale. Noah, Nathan & Kaedyn are all Wolves like Dad. And he picked out a white rabbit to represent Jessa. So the whole family was in the tattoo except ...... me. (And Kale, but at the time he got the tattoo - Kale wasn't ours yet.)
Well - I'm a Bear. He's a Wolf, I'm a Bear. We do "WolfNBearDen" for stuff ....
So shortly after he got the "family" tattoo - that's when we separated for that month-ish. Maybe more like 3 weeks. Anyway - I had told him, that even though I totally understood his choice not to put me on his skin, it still kinda hurt because I was literally the ONLY one not represented. His reasoning is that he has always said that he wouldn't tattoo on a woman on his skin because what if the relationship doesn't work out. Okay - I can understand that. My ex husband is running around with my nick name tattooed on the back of his shoulder with a rose and the first thing I said to him after he showed me was "that was stupid" .... my ex and I were discussing divorce because he had just cheated on me - the tattoo - he said - was like his penance.
(Note: Recently found out he never actually cheated on me, he said he did to *test* my love for him - but it doesn't change the damage it did to me thinking he DID cheat) ....
So I wouldn't EXPECT DB to do it - because I do think that putting someone's NAME on you is dumb. Now.... he didn't put names on, he put things that represented that person. I was like, how hard would it have been to put a dragonfly or ladybug in it - just to represent me? Because I am not only his wife, but his best friend - as he is mine. And I kinda told him how I didn't care if he put a lady bug or a dragonfly (because I love both) or whatever.... it would be nice. But if he wasn't comfortable doing that - I understood.
(cry) ...
And I dropped it. I think I teased him about it every now and then. But basically, dropped it.
So him and G (the neighbor who does tattooing) did some barter and he basically came back with the bear. The bear is clearly me. It's HUGE on him too. In a way - I feel guilty because I feel like I sorta pushed him into it and he didn't want to do it - but logically I know that if he did not want to do it - he wouldn't have. I feel like it's a super sweet gesture too. So the Bear is above the family tattoo....
Here is the names over by their representations ......
So they were talking about putting some bear claws around the family tattoo to make it like the bear (me, Mommabear .... ) is protecting the family. Which is true. Which I think it kinda cool. But I don't want it to take away from the family tattoo either.
His other tattoos. When we met, this is the only one he had. It's a snake. I thought it was dragon for the longest time. So I named it Drake the Snake. I poke it's eye all the time. DB got this one while he was in the military.
In April 2014 - He got this Turtle with Autism Puzzle Pieces ... in honor of Nathan - who is our water baby ... G did all of the tattoos except for the snake, which he got done in Georgia.
Anyway - he just got the outlines done today. Not sure when it'll get colored in, but I'll share when it does.
