I'm Alive ... and Writing....

I have to apologize for not being around much.  Between the headache and the sudden writers ...  what is the opposite of block? ...  my writers SPEWAGE .. yeah that sounds about right...  lol...  (not that spewage is even a word.... I don't think, anyway...) ...

While on the headache binge I was working on one of my books...  I have written about 6 chapters in 2 weeks.   Which is awesome for me, because with the chaos here, I don't have a lot of time to write or ... for that matter...... think!!

My head is better, not gone.  I'm getting a cold so some of the headache I have right now is due to sinus stuff going on (I hope though) ... I had an eye appointment and that went well, I still have perfect eyesight, much to my husband's dismay...  (insert evil laughter here) ...  He hates when I throw my perfect eye sight in his face, LOL... cuz he doesn't have it.   Which is funny, er... though.. he wouldn't say so.

A lot has been going here, the kids have been hitting some milestones which is awesome :)    Me, I just struggle to get through the day most days.  LOL...  Anyway, my head is hurting more now, so I'm going to close this off.  My Neurology appt is on the 4th.  And my little miracle baby turns 8 on tomorrow, so expect some mushy gushy memory lane stuff tomorrow!

I'm So Dizzy, my head is SPLITTING ...

This is a sequel to I'm So Dizzy, my head is Spinning ....  yep... So Dennis took me into the ER Friday night.  We got the babies to sleep so everything would be easy peasy for Calahan to babysit.  So we get to the ER and the parking lot is pretty empty, well at least not as full as normal.  So Dennis makes the comment that it shouldn't be that long of a wait ...... ha...

We get in there and there a lady slumped over a chair sharing the contents of her stomach with the floor, it was awful nice of her to say the least, I'm sure the floor appreciated it.  A lady off to the side said that she'd check us in, so we went over there, and away from the poor lady with what Dennis could only assume was food poisoning (he said from under cooked chicken - how he knows, I have no idea, and I wasn't going to ask.)  So I get checked in and ... as we were walking to the waiting room, there is a lady at the desk with a bloody nose, blood running all over her face and hands.   Then we get into the waiting room and another lady comes in and sits by the public phone.  She picks it up, makes a call, and you can't help but over hear her.  Her Dad is in horrible shape, he had a stroke, which the DRs think he would be okay from, but the arteries to his brain are completely blocked (or mostly blocked, very little blood flow is getting to his brain) and they can't do anything about it.  He's going to die.  The lady's son walks in, he looks to be about Cal's age.  Maybe 15 or 16 at the most.  He sits down next to her and warns the person on the phone that he just came in.  I get called back to triage and my blood pressure was 148/83 and my pulse was super high.  I get sent back to the waiting room.  As we walk back to the waiting room, the woman is standing just outside the triage area, hugging her son who is in tears.  So sad :(

It's like I walked into an episode of ER only the hot Dr. Carter isn't there, nor is George Clooney or Anthony Edwards.

So I finally get taken back into a room.  Another trama had been brought in by ambulance.  I'm told my nurse is Denise and she'll be in, in just a few minutes.  Then walks in a Nurse Practitioner.  Now, I have no issue with NP's but let me tell you, Dennis was REALLY pissed off that I wasn't being seen by a DR.   And last time someone other then a DR saw any of us in the family, was back in April of 2007 when they let a Physician's Assistant treat Noah, and two days later he was so sick he had to be hospitalized and I was told if I hadn't brought him in, he could have died.  So yeah, we're a little hesitant to see anyone but a DR.   So anyway - the NP asks me all these questions, he does neurology tests and I pass them all....  so he treats my headache like a migraine.

They tried to start an IV but that didn't work.  The harpooned me 3 times, once in the crook of my left arm, then in my left hand, then in my right hand.  I dealt with the harpoon in the crook of my arm okay, but she went to my left hand and she grabs my hand and says "Now, brace yourself, this is going to hurt!  The hands REALLY hurt a lot" ... and I flipped out.  I HATE NEEDLES.  It takes a lot of self control to not flip out for just blood draws!  I grabbed my hand from her and I said "are you going to use the numming stuff?" and she says, all freaked out like "Well, I wasn't planning on it?!"  I'm trying to be brave here and I'm trying to not flip out but I can't help it at this point.  So I literally freak out, I started crying and she's going "can I do it?" .. I'm crying and I can't breath, literally, I'm trying to breath but I can't take a breath in.  Dennis said I turned as red as his 4th of July shirt he had on.  It was horrible and I was so embarrassed for reacting like that, but I just do NOT do well around needles.  I don't.  I managed to say "just get it done with" after she had gone on about how it makes it harder to get the vein, and it makes the vein shrink (the numming meds) and I wanted to yell, so a person freaking out like this makes it easy?... so after she couldn't get it there, my actual nurse took over and the other lady went to get some numming meds.  Well they managed to hit the vein in my right hand, but my vein blew as soon as she tried to put some saline in.  So, it was a no go.  After that, I just said "can I just go home now?"  I don't think she was expecting that.  So she went and talked to the NP and decided to just give me injections of the medicines, so then I got harpooned three times in my arse.  YAY...  but I did feel better after a little while, the pain eased up.

We came home, I had to eat something because I was starving, so Dennis stopped at Burger King and we got some cheeseburgers (even for Cal cuz we knew he was still up) ... and then after I ate, I went to bed.  I lasted about 10 minutes through The Mentalist before I was out.  I couldn't wake up Saturday morning, I tried, got up with the babies twice...  first time I settled Nathan then went right back to bed, second time I settled him again and I sat on the edge of our bed, trying to will myself to get half way dressed, and I was falling asleep.  So I laid down and passed out again.  Dennis then got up with the kids, and let me sleep.  I ended up sleeping until about 11, so I slept 10 hours, and I was STILL tired.

To be honest, the meds helped but I still had the pressure behind my right eye and my vision wasn't exactly back to normal, but the horrible pain was gone.  Most of the day, yesterday (Saturday), I was fine.  Still had vision issues and pressure, but the pain was very minor.  Today, I woke back up with the headache practically full blown.   Everything is harder to read.  Turning the news on in our room this morning hurt so bad I had to cover my eyes and just listen.   The pain is horrible sometimes, and tolerable others.

I'm about to go lay down, but I wanted to update.  I'm sorry to all the ICLW's, I'm not sure that I'm going to be able to visit many blogs at it hurts to look at the computer screen too.

Thank you everyone for the notes, I appreciate them!!  Very much!    I hope to be able to respond to them soon, plus I have 4 awards to hand out!!

I'm so Dizzy, my head is spinning......

If you are stopping by from ICLW ...  please check out my official   WELCOME ...

I had a DRs appointment on Monday to discuss some changes in my medications.  I told her how I woke up with a headache on Saturday and how it hasn't gone away.  I can get it to relax a bit but it never goes away.  So she wanted me to take some Happy Mr. V Pills and see if they broke it.  I always have Happy Mr. V Pills on hand, usually, because of the chronic pain that I live with.  But I try not to take them.  A bottle of 30 pills can last me anywhere from 3 months, to a year.  Anyway, so she gave me some new pills.  (I came home and looked at my old bottle, and it's from 2008 - ha!) ...  so I took some, and luckily I was pain free, but then, they wore off... and it came back.  She had told me before I left the office that if it didn't kick it, then I would need a referral to the neurologist.  So I took Happy Mr. V Pills for two days, and then on Wednesday, I called and told them Happy Mr. V makes it go away, but it always comes back.   My biggest symptoms right now.......  Headache that won't go away.  Feeling off BalanceFacial Pressure, especially behind my Right Eye.  Vision Changes.. more so with my right eye then my left.  Feeling very Confused at times. I came home from the DR and I was telling Dennis about it.  I said "if it doesn't go away she wants me to go to the neurologist to make sure I don't have a tumor" .... worst fear, you know?   It's not what she said, but I felt like that's what she was thinking.   It's what I'm thinking, now.  Like a moron, last night, I put my main symptoms in Google and hit search...... first thing on the list .. "Brain Tumor Symptoms" ... no kidding.

Made me feel wonderful........ trying to think positive and the google monster comes out to bite me in the arse!

So I'm in limbo right now.  Waiting.  Wondering.  Headache, pressure, all that stuff is still there.  I've noticed that I have to think about my speech more, I have to make more corrections when I'm typing...   My speech gets slurred... and my ears feel clogged up at times, more so my right ear.

Something is going on, and I'm getting scared.  I have an eye appointment (not even suggest by my DR) to make sure it's not an issue with my eyes, and my Neurology appointment isn't until Feb. 4th .. it was the soonest they could get me in.

It's the waiting game.......  I'm sure everything is fine, but you can't help wonder... what if it's not......

And then Dennis tells me he's been dreaming about someone in our family getting cancer.  So between me and Noah's growing birth mark...... who knows.

Welcome January ICLW'ers :)

I just wanted to send out a nice welcome to all those stopping by my blog via the wonderful ICLW group :) I hope that you each had a wonderful holiday and a great new year!  It's hard to believe that we are almost a month into the New Year!

Don't know what ICLW is? Go check it out over at the Stirrup Queen's Blog! It's a great movement of comment leaving hugs!  She does it every month, so be sure to check it out and join in the fun!

You can see past ICLW Welcomes and some posts Getting to Know Me ... (mostly meme's) ... and you can read a bunch of my HIGHLIGHTED POSTS from the list in the left menu ... because some of them are completely hilarious if I do say so myself!  For example, in Bathroom Woes, you get to enjoy one of the everyday happenings in my house!  And in "Yes... Poison Control......" you get to hear how my lil trouble makers keep my life interesting!  And in Pity, for Pity's Sake: pt 1 (Sign the Pledge!) -Noah's Story- and Pity, for Pity's Sake: pt 2 (Sign the Pledge!) -Nathan's Story-  you can learn a little about my boys, through their birth's and early months.  Both the last two blogs are located on another one of my blogs, where I talk about their medical issues.

Just a quick intro, I am a Stay-At-Home Mommy of four fabulous gremlins boys that I fought to be blessed with. I have had 13 miscarriages, been pregnant 16 times. (Math doesn't add up? One of the m/c and births coincided, they were twins, that would be my oldest) ... I have charted countless months, been on Clomid for 9 months (3 resulting in pregnancies, 2 resulting in babies) ... I have had 2 premature babies (Noah- 1lb 12oz, Nathan- 3lbs 4oz) and both have medical issues (Noah-genetic disorder, Nathan-cyst in his brain, and many more things) ... if you are more interested in learning about them, check out the blog here: My Unique Flowers .. which is our medical blog, updating on them, Calahan w/ his ADHD and bleeding disorder, and Kaedyn too when need be.

Basically, I am just a busy Mom who needs to stay home with the kids. I love photography, and I love to write. I am currently working on a book (or two, actually I have more then just two, like six) ... I love blogging and I enjoy train-wreck TV, good TV and movies :)

I am married, we just celebrated our 3rd Anniversary. We are a blended family. I had been previously married, where I had my 2 older boys ... Dennis had his little girl before we met. Then we met online thinking we'd just be friends, and it turned into a lot more! 2 more boys & 3 years later... and we are still very much in love.

"Yes... Poison Control........"

I have come to ..... accept the fact.... that no matter what I do, I probably will NOT be able to keep my two youngest kids out of the ER.  Nope... not when Nathan has choked TWICE in a matter of days, and Kaedyn decided to eat Sarna Lotion (we have for his eczema) so I had to make my FIRST CALL EVER to Poison Control.  Yep, that's right...... 14 years of parenting, it took my last child 16 months to get me to call Poison Control.  I can on imagine what he has in store for me as he grows.

They have this habit of booby trapping the front door.  It usually involves everything they can possibly pile up infront of the door......

Yes that's right... the camera flashed and both of them spun around ...  Kaedyn immediately charged me like a raging bull with pointy horns and Nathan took a stealthier approach...

After I got them changed for the day, dressed, and all cute.... diapers changed...  they started playing in their room.  Now, I don't NORMALLY leave them in their room, or their bedroom door open anymore... because this is usually what I find......

So we've learned to close the nursery door.   Well, they were both playing so nice I let them play.  I went into the living room and sat down at my computer, wrote a couple more lines to my book (which I've been working on heavily this weekend and week) ... and got up 5 minutes later and checked on them.  They were still playing very nicely.   I told Cal that it was almost his turn to play the X-Box and when he got up, in 5 minutes, to check on the babies, and sat back down to write a little more.   So, three minutes later... Kaedyn came out to me, covered head to toe in baby powder, and with lotion on his face, by the corner of his mouth and all over his little hands.  He handed me the bottle of Sarna lotion.  Like "here, it tasted horrible, you take it."

OMG!!!

ARE YOU SERIOUS!?!?!

I grabbed whatever was closest and wiped the lotion away from him, from his cheeks, away from his eyes, and away from his mouth.   Wiped as much of the powder away as I could... and smelled his breath.  OMG, sure enough, it smelled like Menthol...  yay - he ate some.  Checked the back of the bottle, it says "If ingested, take to hospital or call poison control" ... being down to one car, and Dennis being at work with it, I opted for Poison Control first.  So Cal is getting the babies in the bath for me while I made the call and I hear him say, "Mom, wait 'til you see their room."  Great... wonderful, I don't even want to know.....

I get a live voice and first thing I say ...  "14 years of parenting, this is my first call to Poison Control, I think I'm doing pretty good!" ..... ha!  I was trying to be funny, but I'm sure it sounded nuts considering I was nervous.  So I explained to her what happened, what he ingested.  After a lengthy discussion, we figured he didn't consume much, he probably just tasted it and figured out it tasted bad so he brought it to me (smart kid) ... and if he did consume a small amount, worse that would happen is a belly ache and or the poops.  So, she asked me to just make sure that he got something to drink to wash whatever WAS in his mouth down so it didn't just sit there.

Then I walked into the room, and saw this.........

(The School House you'll see later was sitting in the bare spot in the first picture)

Parenthood:  My own little slice of hell ....... with laughter!   ...  okay, so I sorta don't mean that... but still!

So I haven't been the best blogger or commenter the last few days since I have been suck in my book.   I have gotten almost 2 chapters written since Saturday.  Not only that, but I've been battling a horrible headache.  I woke up with it Saturday morning and it hasn't gone away.  I happened to have a DR appt on Monday, so I talked to my reg. doc about it, and she gave me some vicodin and told me if that didn't brake it, to call them ... so I had to call back today to tell them it hasn't broken it.  I made an eye appointment for next week, just incase that's what it is.  The doc wants me to see a neurologist.  That would be the first week of Feb.  So yeah...  there are a lot of symptoms going on right now.  None of which I'm use to, or use to hanging around for so long.

Videos, 10 seconds from calling 911 & more

So I started my weight-loss blog..... it's up, has entries, is semi-entertaining....   there is one post about a The Adventures of the Mutant Grape...  and there will be follow up on that one!  It's called Exorcism of Me! ...Exercising to Exorcise the Fat...  LOL...  I thought it was funny ...  muahhahahaa..  I even made a cute little button for it.

Oh - I have to correct a test now... brb .....  (please enjoy these videos of jumping babies in a crib, and babies who crack themselves up laughing for .... no reason!)

I finished that, not happy with the results.  Calahan need to continue to work on Math, it is one of his worst subjects and we've ...  bopping head around .... kinda been avoiding it.   Dennis is better at math then I am, I can hold my own - don't get me wrong, but he's better ...  Calahan, however......... yeah, let's not even go there.  That's for the OTHER blog...... well, one of them.

So, last night I got the scare of my life.... eh... okay, I had a huge scare in my life, trust me, with these kids, I've had a lot.  Anyway, I was about ten seconds from {calling 911} last night because Nathan was choking.  It was blocking his airway, but not completely, he was getting SOME air in.  He was crying and screaming, but the screaming was soooooooooooo muffled.  He was in trouble and both Dennis and I knew it.  Dennis tried to sweep his throat, but everytime he tried he would practically get his finger bitten off, man that boy has a strong jaw.  We tried to heimlich him, but that didn't work.   Finally, we had to use a toothbrush to pry open his jaw and then Dennis got his finger in there and managed to move it, eventually, his screaming sounded clear so we could only assume he had managed to pass it down his throat, whatever it was.  He literally walked from me, to the couch, got on the couch, and onto his horse that I had forgotten to take down - but he was fine, I didn't see anything in his hand, and we have no clue what it was.  Our best guess is that Dennis has quit smoking again and he's using beef jerky sticks to concur the oral need, and he had a piece sitting on his desk.  We're thinking maybe Kaedyn found it, and after figuring he couldn't eat it, put it down over by the horse, and Nathan found it there.  He tried to swollen to big of a bite, or something.  I don't know.  Dennis says that's what it "felt" like anyway.   But the kids were scared, I mean all of them were.  Cal, Noah, and Kaed were all in the living room around Dennis and I as we tried not to panic and help Nathan, there was a point where the phone was in my hand...  and they were asking all these normal questions, because they were scared... is he going to be okay, are you going to get it out, what's in there? ... ya know...  so I finally asked them to take the two littler ones out of the room, and he did.  He's such a good kid.  But Nathan didn't calm down for awhile and he refused to eat anything for the rest of the night, I got him to take some tylonel after about an hour cuz I'm sure his throat was all tore up.  Just, still, very thankful.

Kaedyn has been saying some new word :D   ... Hi, Ya (yeah), Up, Down, Momma (he's been saying for awhile but it's dang cute!) ...  Dah-Dah (he doesn't say Daddy yet)...  and "Num-mum-num" we always say that with Nathan while eating because it's hard to get him to eat, and Kaedyn has picked it up.   Nathan said a new word yesterday too, I ask him where Bubby was last night and he pointed to the nursery door (where Kaedyn was sleeping) and he said "Bubba!" Awwwwwwwwwwww ... it's offical, Kaedyn is {Bubba!}

What have I been watching on {TV} this week.  Well, let's see...   I of course watched American Idol - I like Katie and Justin from the first night, and Venessa, Mallory, and Bryan the cop from night two.   I caught Carnie Wilson's reality show on Game Show Network, that was actually pretty good but I love the Wilson Phillips girls, I suggest if you didn't like them, don't watch it.  She's starting her own baking business and hosting the New Newlywed Game, and going to tackle her post-pregnancy weight after he her baby girl  ...  I watched Teen Moms, Project Runway's new season started last night on Lifetime, along with season two of Models of the Runway.  I watched The Mentalist last night, I love that show.  I love all the shows we watch.  We watched Bones, TOTAL X-FILES episode.  Mercy ... which is my new ER, shabang! Seriously, I wonder if Hotty Doc and Hotty Nurse are going to be hooking up again, and how funny that the sister and Mike the husband were semi-hitting on each other.  Oh and on Fringe, did anyone else notice that Charlie is back??  I'm feeling like I missed something - how did Charlie come back when he died?  I'm so confused.   Okay, I'm done yapping about shows.  I'm soooooooo excited for the new Survivor: Heroes vs Villains to start though, RUPERT IS BACK!!!!!!!!!!  Boston Rob too!  Wonder if Amber will be back with him, according to the rumors, she's not.  The 2 hour season premier is on Feb. 11th.    Also looking forward to Kitchen Nightmares!  WOOT!  I looooooooooooooove me Gordon Ramsay!

Interesting News Stories ...

Yep, I'm a little bored........

Dad Calls Police When Child Refuses to Go to School

Would you call the cops to get your kid on the bus? Credit: kevindooley, Flickr

Getting on and off the school bus every day is routine for millions of students across the country. But on Jan. 11, when a 6-year-old in Monroe, Ohio, refused to get on the bus in the morning, his father called the police.

Monroe Police Chief Greg Homer tells the Middletown Journal that a male caller told a dispatcher he wanted a police officer to come to his home and scare the boy into going to class.

The police chief of the town of 8,000 people, located 67 miles northeast of Cincinnati, tells the newspaper in the nearby community of Middletown that it's not uncommon for people to call the police for help in disciplining their children.

"We just send a police officer, and you just go over there and tell him, 'you got to go to school,' " he tells the Journal.

According to the Journal, the Monroe Police Department averages about 25 calls from parents annually. The calls usually come from single parents, Homer tells the paper.

"They're silly, but we get them," he adds. "Sometimes it's not always 'go to school,' but sometimes it's that they won't help clean dishes, won't help around the house, and 'help-me-raise-my-child calls.' "

The paper reports that a mother 200 miles away in Carrollton, Ohio, called the police Dec. 15 after catching her 6-year-old daughter shoplifting a package of stickers.

Homer tells the Journal he prefers police stay out of the business of rearing other people's children.

"There are exceptions," he adds. "You get some parents, they've got a 10-year-old and they come home talking about drugs and stuff like that, and the kids and the parents don't have the answers. So they'll call the police and want to talk to them about it."

Homer tells the paper that officers often refer students to the Drug Abuse Resistance Education officer in Monroe schools.

"It's a public relations thing, too. You try to help out people as much as you can, but raising your child is really not our job," he tells the paper. "But we will."

The Original 'Wonka' Kids All Grown Up!

Oh, Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory... We all know the path of Wonka himself, Gene Wilder. He went on to be an iconic part of Mel Brooks' oeuvre, the a-mazing partner in crime to Richard Pryor, "Letterman" in The Electric Company, and now -- memoir writer and novelist. But what about the kids he tormented with sweets and all things full of nice sugar and spice? Charlie Bucket, Violet Beauregarde, Augustus Gloop, Veruca Salt, and Mike Teevee? CNN gives a rundown with a group picture from the film's 30th anniversary, which you can see below, and then head to Celebuzz for current shots.

From left to right (below):
  • Michael Bollner, or Augustus Gloop, is a tax attorney in Munich.
  • Denise Nickerson, or Violet Beauregarde, went on to play a role in Dark Shadows before leaving the biz and becoming an accountant at an engineering plant.
  • Paris Themmen, or Mike Teevee, has down a slew of things including commercial casting agent, Disney Imagineer, real estate agent, and autographs-for-sale website owner.
  • Julie Dawn Cole, or Veruca Salt, has "a successful career in theater, television, and fitness."
  • And finally, Peter Ostrum, or Charlie Buckett. Yes, that's him with the 'stache. He's a large animal vet in upstate New York.
A lot has changed in 40 years, eh? Still, most don't really surprise, except for Ostrum. Where'd the sweet-faced, tow-headed boy go?

Soooooooooooooooo ... what do YOU think about THAT???

5.) Welcome to the most shocking rose ceremony in writing prompt history. Please award roses to the ten people (or items) in your life that you’d like to continue pursuing a relationship with.

So here, in honor of the Bachelor - is my first Rose Ceremony!   Stay tuned for my thoughts on this weeks Bachelor, btw, which I *STILL* haven't finished watching!  HA!   It's a shame... really ...  look for it tomorrow :)

The first person I would like to give this wonderful rose to, is my husband.  I can't express enough how much I love him and how I greatly appreciate him.  He is was the best thing that could have happened to me.  We've had some ups and downs but mostly, we just make each other laugh, tease each other, and support the other in whatever way we possibly can.

The next rose goes to the four most perfect boys in the world, because they are mine :)  Course, they can drive me into fits of laughter, fits of tears, and fits of wanting to pull out my hair one single strand at a time ... well, and clumps at a time sometimes....  but they are so wonderful and I'm thankful every day for them, even those days I offer to hang them from the ceiling and leave them there.

This next rose goes out to the wonderful world of written imagination.  The land of books.  I love to open up to your pages and find out what wonderful surprise you have hidden.  Will your heroine fall in love?  Will your hero have to fight some sort of monster, real or invisible, so save the damsel in distress???   Most importantly, will Eve and Roarke ever have a child to crack that shell they both have?  It would terrify them and be MOST entertaining!

To all my wonderful friends who are so supportive and great.  In real life, over the internet, blogging friendships, they can all turn into read tangible wonderful fulfilling relationships!  I have found many friends via the internet, including my bestest friend in the world, my husband.  Then there are my 3 best female friends..... each for different reasons but they are all very important to me.  I love them each like sisters!  (BTW, Sarah, Mom wants to know if you are coming to visit her because she says you are being a very neglectful daughter!)

Even though I'm awful neglectful of you at times, I would love to continue the my relationship with my character, of my books.   All 4 of them...  or are their 5 now? ... oops, there are 6!  WOW... I need to finish one of them, geez!  Oh wait, I have... but I'm on book 2 of one of them because it's my baby that book, and I swore I would get the second book written before trying to publish it.  It's a complicated story.   That is the character list I have hanging on my desk.   There are a lot of characters to juggle in that book.  I would love to be writing right now in one of my books....  Grave Corners, McCrady Manor Book II ... Willow Creek Inn, or the three that continue to be left un-titled...  but my Office Word program is being a finicky lil ... BEEP .... and won't accept it's rightful registration code and it's PISSING ME OFF!!  I will have to try to load it again I guess.   I miss the voices in my head...... they tell me what to do......

Trainwreck TV (Reality TV) ........ YAY BABY!!  lol ...  I watch it all, okay maybe not it ALL but a lot of it.   Big Brother, Survivor, Amazing Race, Project Runway, Top Chef, Hell's Kitchen, Kitchen Nightmares, American Idol... Real World vs. Road Rules Challenges (not Real World anymore, and does Road Rules even still air?) ... Teen Mom, Bad Girls Club, The Kardashians, The Hills, The City ...  Worst Cooks In America.... Chef Academy ...  it's just endless.   Dennis thanks me for rotting his brain, because I usually watch the stuff while he's sleeping, in the bedroom.  I'm rotting his subconscious!   Though he does watch all the ghost shows like Ghost Hunters, Ghost Adventures & Paranormal State with me....

CHOCOLATE ..... Yes, I would love to continue my relationship with Chocolate.   Chocolate has been my friend since the day I was given a tiny taste.  Chocolate has been sought out and loved, enjoyed, savored, lusted after.   Oh yes, a woman can lust after chocolate.  Chocolate is a little bit of Heaven.   Of course, so is Dr. Pepper... but... we won't bring that up (crying) ...  unfortunately I have to cut back my relationship with Chocolate (and Dr. Pepper) because A: I'm trying to lose weight and B: I'm diabetic, hello!  What does chocolate have to be so good!?!?!

Sarcasm....  Sarcasm is my friend.   Or, as I say ... wit!  (teehee) ...  I am so witty!  (phhhhh)...   So, funny story is ... Dennis says that my best features are #1: my hair.  #2: my pretty face ... and #3.. my sarcasm.   (Looking around, back and forth...)  Um...  Thanks honey?   Rolling eyes.   I often hear "you are so sarcastic"  Yeah, well it's the way I grew up, in a very sarcastic house.  Sarcastic grows on trees up here!  I went down to spend time with him, in NC, to see if anything was there ... and his step-dad kept calling me a "smart ass" ... lol...  and after a few days, he says "You aren't a smart-ass, you are a wise-ass" ... and I cracked up.  Told him it was a hell of a lot better then being a "dumb-ass" ...

Photography is as big as my passion for reading and writing.   I love it.  I love a lot of creative stuff, but I'm good at photography ...  I love capturing moments and going back and remembering that exact moment.  Dennis started calling me the "Mammarazzi"  (Mamma is Italian for Momma) ...  so it's stuck.  LOL.   I'm constantly flashing the babies with the camera and I'm not planning on stopping anytime soon.  :D

Blogging baby!  Yayah!  It's my outlet for the serious, the semi-serious, and the funny things rummaging around in my over-filled head.   I have found myself often thinking "I am SO Blogging THAT!" ... course half of it never does get blogged because I forget about it.  I need to start carrying around a little conversation notebook and start jotting down notes like a reporter!   "Noah, bathroom, screaming, soundproof" ...  would turn into a story about how everytime Noah goes into the bathroom, he SCREAMS AT THE TOP OF HIS LUNGS because apparently he has this notion that it's soundproof in there while he's peeing and when he comes out and I make a comment about it, he looks at me and says "how'd you hear that?"  ... dur!!

And I am so sorry but that was my last rose.   I must say good-bye to .....

Laundry ...  frankly, I hate you.   Well, I don't mind the washing and the drying, I just hate the folding and putting away ...  I can never get it done!  There is always some gremlin in my laundry and it becomes absolutely pointless to even try because everything I spent the last hour folding, somehow gets tossed around the room ...  so until my laundry room starts looking like this... then I'm on strike....... wash your own clothes.... oh and someone will have to take over the babies laundry because... well... they can't reach the knobs and they are still in that "exploritive" stage, they'll probably drink the soap!  That wouldn't be good...  they'd be coughing and sneezing bubbles for years... mighty entertaining ... just not good.

I give up my relationship with Muno...  he creeps me out, and Yo Gabba Gabba puts the kids in this lovely zombie state that can actually get something done!  But Muno is so creepy looking like a bumpy walking dildo that I actually have issues with my kids watching this.  Seriously?  Who the hell thought it would be funny to create a character on a kids show that looks like a walking one-eyed dildo!  What was that Creators meeting like?   "Hey, why don't we make one of them look like a bright orange bumpy dildo, at least then the Mom's can associate with him!"   WHAT????   Seriously?    (ROFLMBO) ... Muno, you need to leave the show.  Just put a condom on and face the big bad world out there, and take all your creepy dildo looking family with you!

And last but not least, I am saying goodbye to ........

Richard Simmons....  I can't believe he's still around.  He may be the nicest, sweetest man on the face of the earth...  but OMG he creeps me out as bad as Muno!  He hasn't changed a bit has he?  He still has the 70's perm, and those shorts that his junk could fall out of at any time....  seriously dude, your JUNK could fall out at any time.  There are several photos, infact, where certain areas were CIRCLED to point out things, but I decided to for-go posting THOSE photos...  and then he jumps around and bounces off the walls and provided, I'm not watching the area of his junk but it's sorta hard not to notice how little his shorts are.  I think he should be outlawed that men with 70's perms who are stuck in a look ...  like THAT ...  wear shorts ... like THAT.  I don't need to see anyone else's junk other then my husband's.

Yeah, I think we'll leave it at that.  :D

The Bacholer: Week 2

So this week is advertized to be very rock.... and boy was it!

First group date:  Gia, Rozlyn, Valishia, Corrie, Christina, Ashleigh H

After that is read, Michelle immediately starts to whine...........  WHINE!

So Jake takes them on a photo shoot where Rozlyn shows off her vah-jay-jay  ... and Christina was so nervous and sweet - you can tell she just wants to impress Jake.   I love how Jake got in there with her right away and swept her away.  It was so sweet.  Then they ran off to a hotel and was just basically hanging out by the pool, Christina finally got her chance with him - to talk to him - and Rozlyn butted in and - wouldn't you know - threw herself at him ... and she got the rose!  I actually am liking Christina ... during the date .. because she's all vulnerable and not THAT girl who came out with the basket of jelly beans then proceeded to tell all the girls how they might as well just leave.  Ashleigh was the first one to flaunt the bikini ...... and Rozlyn's "wha-wha" crap has got to get cut out!  What a bitch!

The necklace shows up ... and they all ooooooooooooh and ahhhhhhhhh ... and Michelle is the first one to put her grubby hands on it, and tries to put it on, because there is no name for the one-on-one date, she thinks the first person who puts it on is the one who gets the date.

I loved it when one of the girls said "ewww it's tainted!"

The necklace ends up going to Ali (my pick -yay!) and she gets the first one on one date!  He takes off with her on the back of his motorcycle (and man, might I say I would have totally made a comment of being over dressed had I been her, he showed up in jeans and a t-shirt and she was in his this pretty yellow formal dress, with the huge diamond necklace around her neck.)   Now, Ali is afraid of flying and he takes her to the airport and she gets in the this two-seat plane with him and she's nervous.  But she doesn't flip out... and she did very well to get up in the plane with him.  Then, after they land, they get into this vintage convertible, and drive to a field where they had dinner, just the two of them...  as they are talking, and she tells him the guys of her past relationships...... she says there is a pattern.... "Jim, Jason, Jared, Jordan, Hi Jake!" ... LOL - then he walked her over to where Chicago (the band) was putting on a private concert for them.

2nd Group Date - Elizabeth, Jessie, Kathryn, Ashley E, & Vienna
(Michelle, Ella, and Tenley don't get to go out on a date)

The second date was to Six Flags ... Elizabeth pulled Jake off to the side right away and gave him a note that she wrote, where she said that she didn't want him to kiss her until she was the last girl, and how she's feeling towards him.  She tucks it into his pocket and then some of the other girls wander over.   They play games, go on rides, have a lot of fun and then the rose comes out and ... as always... the attitude changes when the rose comes out.  I was actually thinking that Vienna was one of those girls who just come up as pompass.. and after seeing her become vulnerable and tell him her story of how she was engaged, and at 17-18 she called it off, gave him back his ring, and how he - a month later - was married and pregnant ...  and how she went off and eloped with some guy she didn't even know, and then 4 months later was signing divorce papers...   Ashley came over and interrupted with margaritas ...  and then Jake hands out the rose, to Elizabeth so they get some one-on-one time.  All the other girls are jealous and thinking that Elizabeth is throwing herself at him.  And as they are sitting there ...  and she's asking him if he wants to make out with her forehead all night (eh.. yeah... ) there are fireworks that start to go off.

The cocktail party ....  Rozlyn's all cocky saying "I have a rose, beatch!" and how she has nothing to worry about.  Little does she know......

Jake pulls Ella aside, and goes and gets this little cupcake with a candle and wishes her a happy birthday.   They get to talk some ...   Jake has Ethan's airplane on his nightstand...  (awwwww how sweet!) ...

Then Tenley gets her chance for some time with Jake.  They get to talk some but she gets nervous about telling him about her marriage and divorce and doesn't tell him like she had planned....

Michelle gets her one and one time...   and she tells Jake how she packed her bags and almost left because she felt left out (basically)  ...  and then one of the other girls comes up and interrupts for some time, and you can tell Michelle just wanted to go off on her, but she didn't...  she finally stammered ... "it's okay, you can go... I'm .... ca... ca... confident that I'll get a rose" .. humph......... we can only (or at least this view hopes) NOT...

I don't like her, she seems like she's a happy meal short of a happy meal (yeah, you read that right) ...  she's not at all there...  just my opinion.   I understand being emotional and all of that, I even understand the feeling left out - but the way she handles it is A: selfish and B: she comes off as a bitch ...

Christina gets some time... with him...  she's not confident she's going to get a rose.

Chris comes in and asks Rozlyn if he can speak to her outside...  Chris is actually uncomfortable and loses his voice for a second when he's talking to her.  This is exactly what he says "This is something we've never had to deal with in the history of this show," and she says "what's that?" ... he continues on "I am very sorry we have to have this conversation, it's very awkward, I'm guessing you have some idea why I pulled you aside.  Rozlyn, you entered into an inappropriate relationship with one of our," ... " with one of our staffers.  That staffer is no longer working with us, okay?"  She says "Okay" ...  he continues "Because of what happened, we feel that it is now impossible for you to form a now meaningful relationship with Jake, out of respect of everyone here - the girls, Jake, yourself."   So then she chimes in ...  "So you think that no other girls here that felt for other people before they came on the show."  He says "No not at all, because it wasn't a relationship you had back home, it wasn't a boyfriend you broke up with and then came on our show to start anew, it was something that happend on our show, with someone who works on the show," ...  she says "Well I don't really think that my personal life is anyone's business."  Chris says "This is something we take incredibly seriously and we feel there was a line that was crossed, with our staffer"  ...  and the conversation goes on but you get the jist.  Because of this, Chris tells her that they feel she cannot continue on the show.  She basically admitted it.

She walked back into the house and tells the girls "I"m leaving," and walks upstairs.

Chris steals Jake from Christina...  and tells him.  He's very upset.  He asks to be there with Chris, when he tells the girls.

Rozlyn is being "watched" while packing ......  and she is escorted out of the house.

Rose Ceremony is...  a little awkward.   Jake hands out roses to ...
(Ali and Elizabeth are safe)
Vienna
Gia
Tenley
Ella
Valishia
Corrie
Jessie
Ashleigh H.
Michelle
Kathryn

Christina and Ashley went home.

And apparently, next week - before the rose ceremony, someone ELSE is going home, per Jake's request.... and not because of a date where they didn't get a rose.... (from the way it sounds)
