MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!

It's been a long day ....  

 Our Stockings were filled...........  from left to right (in both pics) ... Daddy, Mommy, Cal, Noah, Nathan, Kaedyn, Mia, Marnie & Autumn.

there were six bags hung on the tree ....  one for each of us, one for Mom and one for Dad from the boys, and one for each boy from his brothers....

We didn't make them take turns, we just let them rip into everything ...  so it was CHAOS

Then we went to Nana & Papa's for Santa gifts, more stockings ...  and dinner!

Kaedyn and Nathan both got new LeapPad2's ...  Kaedyn got a green set, and Nathan got a pink & purple princess set (shhhhh he likes pink!)

It snowed a little.. and melted just as quick

When I wished everyone a Merry Christmas over on My Unique Flowers Facebook Page, I ended with "And hopes of no hospital trips!" ......  well, that came back to bite me!   Nana & Papa have a gas fireplace with that has glass over it.  It's behind us in our 2010 Christmas Family Picture (which you can see on our ABOUT OUR FAMILY page in the 2010 pics)  Anyway ....  Nathan was laying down infront of the fireplace, and we were all doing other stuff.  Then we all heard screaming and assume when he got up, he put his hand flat up against the glass ...  the hot glass .....  and he burned his hand.

We ended up in the ER where he had 2nd degree burns on his hand...... 

Here he is laying in the hospital bed with a cold cloth on his hand, and his dino slippers hanging out.  those slippers were the hit of the ER.  EVERYONE who saw them commented on them, even if we were just walking by someone - you'd hear them comment on them... LOL....  

They bandaged up his hand ....   and we went home....  

Then we ate some ham, potatoes & corn.....   

Then we went home and just vegged for awhile.....  The kids had fun playing with all their new stuff....
